Ingredients:

•             Mutton chops 1/2 kg

•             Onion chopped 1 medium

•             Ginger garlic paste 1&1/2 tbsp

•             Salt 1 tsp or as required

•             Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

•             Water 1.5 cups

•             Dhania powder (Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp)

•             Lal Mirch powder (red chili powder) 1/2 tsp or as required.

•             Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

•             Javatri powder (mace powder) 1/4 tsp

•             Jaifil powder (nutmeg powder) 1/4 tsp

•             Zeera(Cumin seeds) crushed 1 tsp

•             Hari Mirch paste (Green chili paste) 1 tbsp

•             Lemon juice 1 tbsp

•             Dahi (yogurt) 1/2 cup

•             Hara dhania(fresh Coriander) chopped 2 tbsp

•             Tandori masala 1 tbsp

Directions:

Turn ON the flame. Take pot add Mutton chops, Onion, Ginger garlic paste, Salt 1 tsp or as required, Turmeric powder, and Water in it. Mix them well.

On a medium flame cook it until bringing it to a boil.

Cover the pot and cook it on low flame until tender.

Uncover and cook on high flame until water dries up. Rest it for 7-8 minutes.

Now prepare tandoori mutton spices:

Take a bowl, add coriander powder, red chili powder as required, Garam masala powder, and mace powder in it and mix it well.

Add nutmeg powder, Cumin seeds crushed, Green chili paste, Lemon juice, yogurt, fresh Coriander chopped, Tandori masala 1 tbsp

Mix the ingredients well

Now, add cooked chops with the spices. And mix it properly.

Cover the bowl and marinate it for 30 minutes.

Now take a pan. Take 4 tbsp of cooking oil, and fry the marinated chops. Cover the pan and cook it for 5 minutes on a low flame

Now change the sides of the chops and cook until both sides color changes to a golden brown.

Now take a small bowl (aluminum) and place a koyla(charcoal) in it. Give coal smoke for 2-3 minutes.

Tasty spicy tandoori Mutton chops are ready to be served.

•             Green chili 3-4

•             Butter 1 tbsp

Directions:

Take a pot, turn on the flame add cooking oil. When oil gets heated, add ginger and garlic paste, and saute for 30-40 seconds. Add Mutton in it. Fry Mutton for 3-4 minutes until it changes its color.

Now add tomato pieces in it, add green chili, half of the black pepper, and reserve half for later use, add salt and mix it well.

 Add water 1/2 cup in mutton. Now the lid for pressure. After 1 pressure, cook for another 10 minutes at low flame.

Now, dry the water at a high flame. Stir regularly for 3-4 minutes and add butter and pepper during this time. Fry mutton well for 5-10 minutes.

Now, Peshawari Namkeen mutton is ready to serve. You can serve it with roti or naan.
