• Hot water 1cup
• Instant coffee 2 tsp
• Maida (all-purpose flour 1&1/2 cup)
• Cocoa powder 3/4 cup
• Baking powder 1&1/2 tsp
• Baking soda 1/2 tbsp
• Namak (salt) 1/2 tsp
• Sift together1&1/2 cups
• Chini powder (grind sugar) 1&1/2 cups
• Anday (Eggs) 3 one at a time
• Doodh (Milk) 1cup
• Cooking oil 1/2 cup
• Sirka (vinegar) 1/2 tbsp
• Vanilla essence 2 tsp
Directions:
Take 1 cup of hot water in a bowl, add instant coffee 2 tsp in it and mix it well. Cover it up and set it aside.
Now take another bowl and add all-purpose flour 1&1/2 cup, Cocoa powder 3/4 cup, Baking powder 1&1/2 tsp, Baking soda 1/2 tbsp, salt 1/2 tsp. Sift together well
Add grind sugar 1&1/2 cups in it and Mix it well
Add Eggs 3 (one at a time) and beat it properly.
