Different Style White Sauce Pasta

Cream Cheese Flamming Pasta – Restaurant style – 5 min recipe:

Ingredients:

  • •             ½ cup oil
  • •             1 medium size onion chopped
  • •             1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
  • •             250-gram boneless chicken cubes
  • •             2 medium size tomatoes (chopped)
  • •             ½ cup of water
  • •             2 tbsp chili sauce
  • •             1 tsp white cumin powder
  • •             1 tsp salt or as required
  • •             1 tsp red chili flakes
  • •             1 tsp garlic powder
  • •             1 tsp Mustard paste for flavor (optional)
  • •             5 tbsp Soy sauce
  • •             2 tbsp vinegar
  • •             2 medium size capsicum
  • •             2 tbsp ketchup chili garlic
  • •             1 tsp oregano
  • •             Cream ¾ cup
  • •             Milk ¾ cup

Directions:

  • Turn on the flame. Take half a cup oil and add 1 medium chopped onion and garlic. And fry it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Add chicken to it and fry it until the chicken changes its color from pink to white.
  • Add tomato paste to it, mix them well and cover it, cook it for 10 to 15 minutes on medium flame.
  • When the water gets dry, add white cumin chili powder, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, and salt (as required). Mix them well.
  • Now add 1 tbsp mustard paste for taste. Add two tbsp ketchup chili garlic to it.
  • Add 5 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, and 2 tbsp chili sauce. Mix it well.
  • Add capsicum cubes to it and cook it for 3 minutes, add oregano.
  • Now, add cream and milk to it and mix it well.
  • Cook it for 5 minutes until the sauce gets thick.
  • Take water according to your pasta quantity in another paSSn and boil water in it.
  • Take 1 tbsp oil and salt mix it, and bring it to a boil. Now add pasta, boil it for about 7 to 8 min and check.
  • When pasta is boiled, strain it.
  • Mix the sauce and pasta well, Add mayonnaise. Take a baking dish, and grease it with butter.
  • Garnish pasta with Mozzarella Cheese and olives (optional)
  • Bake it for about 5 to 7 minutes in a pre-heated oven (200 degrees Celcius)

Creamy White Sauce Flamming Pasta – Easy to make – 5 min recipe:

Ingredients:

  • •             1 tsp salt or as required
  • •             1 tsp red chili flakes
  • •             1 tsp garlic powder
  • •             1 tsp Mustard paste for flavor (optional)
  • •             5 tbsp Soy sauce
  • •             2 tbsp vinegar
  • •             2 medium size capsicum
  • •             2 tbsp ketchup chili garlic
  • •             1 tsp oregano
  • •             Cream ¾ cup
  • •             Milk ¾ cup

Directions:

  • Pasta boiled recipe:
  • Turn on the flame. Take water according to your pasta quantity. Take water in another pan, and boil water in it.
  • Take 1 tbsp oil and salt mix it, and bring it to a boil. Now add pasta, boil it for about 7 to 8 min and check.
  • When pasta is boiled, strain it.
  • White sauce Recipe:
  • Now take little oil and add chopped garlic to it. Mix it well. Add corn, onion, capsicum, and carrot (optional) and fry it on low flame (Saute for while).
  • Take 1 tbsp oil add 2 tbsp fine flour to it and roast it well.
  • Add milk and mix it well. Cook sauce properly.
  • Add 1 tsp chili flakes to it. Add 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp salt (or as required)
  • Mix it well. Cook for at least 5 minutes. Add soy sauce and vinegar to it and mix it well.
  • Add oregano to it. Now, the white sauce is ready.
  • Now add the vegetable mixture to it and mix it properly.
  • Add boiled pasta to it and Mix well.
  • Pasta is ready for it, you can add some cheese to it or eat it without the cheese.
  • For more creamy pasta add mayonnaise.
  • Take a baking dish, and grease it with butter.
