Creamy Spicy White Chicken Karahi – 5 min Recipe:
Ingredients:
- • Chicken 1 kg
- • Cream 1 cup
- • Ginger paste 2 tbsp
- • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- • Green coriander 1 Bunch for Garnish
- • Ginger in small pieces or as required (cut into long strips) for Garnish
- • 1 cup of oil
- • Almond paste (10 to 12)
- • Yogurt 500 gram
- • Dry coriander handpicked 2 tbsp
- • Black pepper handpicked 2 tbsp
- • White cumin powder 2 tbsp
- • Salt 1 ½ teaspoon or as required
- • 7 to 8 green Chilli or as required
Directions:
- Turn on the flame. Take ½ cup oil in a karahi and add chicken, fry it on a high flame until its color changes from pink to white.
- Add garlic paste and ginger paste and roast it until the chicken color changes. When the chicken gets some color, add yogurt and other ingredients (take yogurt to add black pepper, white cumin Dry coriander, and almond paste in it, mix them well).
- Add yogurt mixture to chicken and cook it on high flame.
- Now add salt and cook it (high flame) until the water gets dry. Add green chili and cook it.
- Add cream and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes only.
- Now garnish it with green coriander and ginger or as required
- Off the flame. Now, Your creamy spicy white chicken karahi got ready to sever.

Creamy Desi White Chicken Karahi –Dhaba Style – 5 min Recipe:
Ingredients:
- • Chicken 1 kg
- • 3 medium size onion paste
- • Yogurt 1 cup
- • Ginger paste 2 tbsp
- • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- • Lemon 2 tbsp
- • Green coriander 1 Bunch for Garnish
- • Ginger in small pieces or as required (cut into long strips) for Garnish
- • Cream 4 tbsp
- • 1 cup of oil
- • 14 to 15 Almond paste
- • Butter 250 gram
- • Yogurt 1 cup
- • Almond paste (10 to 12)
- • Dry coriander handpicked 1 tbsp
- • Black pepper handpicked 1 tbsp
- • Garam masla powder 1 tsp
- • 14 to 15 Almond paste
- • 14 to 15 Almond paste
- • Salt 1 ½ teaspoon or as required
- • 6 to 7 green Chilli or as required

Directions:
- Turn on the flame. Take butter in a karahi. Add ginger and garlic paste to it and fry it for about 30 seconds.
- Add chicken and fry it until its color changes from pink to white.
- Add onion paste and fry it for at least 5 to 6 minutes until the chicken gets some color.
- Add salt, Dry coriander, and almond paste to yogurt and mix it well. Now, add this paste to the chicken and fry it properly.
- Now cover the karahi and cook it on a medium flame for about 5 to 6 minutes.
- Add black pepper, garam masala, and lemon juice to it and cook it for 5 minutes. Also, add green chili to it.
- 0ff the flame and add cream to it and mix it well.
- Garnish it with green coriander.
